Hello everyone! I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all. One of the biggest highlights of this year was the Brand Licensing Europe Expo 2024 in London. This massive event has been running for 25 years now, and it’s the go-to platform for brands around the world to unveil their latest licensed characters and products. This year, it was packed with all the big players like Disney, Warner Bros., Hasbro, and Universal. Even major brands from Asia, such as Sanrio with its beloved Hello Kitty, and YG Entertainment, the company behind Blackpink, were there.
Now, the proudest moment for me was when our Thai brand, Boy Meets Girl Human Love, made its first-ever appearance at the expo as the first creative and lifestyle brand from Thailand! We brought our signature couple’s gifts, like matching pillows and licensed T-shirts, all designed to reflect love and togetherness, and the response was overwhelming.
We showcased our products with the help of our amazing global licensing agent, Big Picture Licensing. These guys are no strangers to the licensing world—they represent some of the most iconic global brands, such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, MTV, and even The Godfather.
What’s even more exciting is that Total Licensing, a top-tier global IP magazine, offered us an exclusive interview to talk about the creative vision behind our brand and our ambitious plans to break into the European market. It’s been an incredible journey, and we can’t wait to see how Boy Meets Girl Human Love will continue to grow and spread love on a global scale.
