Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For International Orders And Shipping

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase items, you can return or exchange any purchases within seven days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team and ensure that you receive our confirmation every time before starting returns or exchanges. Please email us at humantouch.zwani@gmail.com with your reasons for exchanging or returning and photos or videos of the products.

Returns
Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt of the purchased goods. Items must be proven as defective or damaged from shipping or incorrect items. The return shipment must use the same service as the original delivery (FedEx or Thailand Post EMS). Please be aware that shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges incurred from return shipment will be charged at your own expense.

Return Conditions

  • The items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The items must be returned with the original tags attached and packaging.
  • The items must be returned from the country they were delivered.
  • Shipping fees and customs duties shall not be refunded.
  • Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method in the same currency as the original purchase.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within seven days of receipt of the purchased goods. The exchange shipment must use the same service as the original delivery (FedEx or Thailand Post EMS). Please be aware that shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges incurred from return and replacement shipments will be charged at your expense.

Exchange Conditions

  • The items must be in a re-saleable condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags attached.
  • Customized or sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Shipping fees and customs duties shall not be refunded.
  • The items must be returned from the country they were delivered.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be made at equal or higher value items. We reserve the right to reject the refund of a different amount.
  • We accept exchanges only once and reserve the right to refuse multiple exchanges.
  • The replacement items from the previous exchanges are not eligible for return.
  • Once we have received and accepted your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).


We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges and refuse a refund if the items do not comply with our policy.
