How to order
Which payment methods are available?
For purchase in Thailand, we accept Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Visa and Mastercard, Line Pay, and True Money. Installment payment is also available for order over THB 2000. For International purchase, we accept Visa and Mastercard, Wechat and Alipay.
How long will I receive the order?
All order will be shipped within 2 business days accept order with personalized service will be ship in 3-7 days. Thailand transit time is 2-5 days, international transit time is 3-7 days for FedEx and 7-14 days for International registered mail.
I live outside Thailand and want to buy something from you. Can I do that?
Yes, we ship internationally, but please check on our contact page if any of our resellers are already in your country. Human Touch Distributors are ready and happy to serve you on our behalf with a prompt delivery service at reasonable price since you don't have to pay for international shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping my order?
Human Touch have several shipping services to fit your choice. You can select one of them in your shopping cart. Please note that this shipping rate below is exclude your country import tax.

I want to return or exchange my order, or item I bought from your distributor. How can I do this?
Please email us at humantouch.shop@gmail.com the reason you want to exchange or return within seven days after receiving the products. Our customer service will assist you until your request is approved. Please check our Return & Exchange for complete details on this.
For item bought from our distributor or stockiest, please contact the store where you got it from. You can also email to us or leave your message at chat box so that we can coordinate with the shops for you.
Do you have shops in Bangkok shopping mall?
No, at this moment, Human Touch have only online service but you can visit the office showroom at our Head Office in Pattanakarn Bangkok. Please click here for google map to our showroom.
About the product, idea and design
The product I'm looking for is not on your website. Can I still buy it?
Over the years, Human Touch has created more than 200 designs/items with limited production, thus, the design you're looking for may not be in stock. Please email, or leave your message or picture of product you want on our chat box for we will assist your enquiry.
Do you have any new designs coming out soon?
Yes, new designs are constantly being created. Please keep checking our website to see what's new!
Why do the Boy Meets Girl Characters look so plain, and what language do they use?
Human Touch' Boy Meets Girl characters communicate through their hearts and aren't bound to any language. They humbly represent any couple in the world, so they keep themselves as simple as possible.
I have an idea for a design. Can I send it to you?
From time to time, we open an official design contest for new ideas and designs from people who believe in love and the power of simplified graphics like us. Please check at our blog news the event you can join us.
Can I use your designs or characters for my personal use?
We are happy to know you like our work. But since our characters and designs are copyrighted, we cannot give permission to use them for commercial nor personal purpose.
